When to use it
When new details are found at the inspection site
Upon completing the inspection, edit and update the evaluation to review all the details and correct any errors.
When images need to be retaken
Should the images from the initial inspection not be clear enough for the valuation report, recapture the images to fit the standard of the auction.

- Navigate to the 'Main Menu'
- Select on ‘Edit Valuation’
- Edit details from the inspection
How to use it
Log into Mobile App
Log onto the DealersOnline mobile app using your assigned login details.
Access Edit Evaluation
From the ‘Main Menu’, select ‘Edit Evaluation’.
Scan Vehicle License Disc
On the ‘Edit Evaluation’ screen, either enter the vehicle’s VIN number or simply scan the license disc to identify and load the existing vehicle valuation that you need to edit.
Edit Vehicle Details
The existing vehicle valuation will be identified and re-opened, starting with the ‘Vehicle Details’ screen.
Review Updated Details
On the ‘Vehicle Details’ screen, you are able to scroll through and update any of the required fields. To move on to the following section, select ‘Next’ on the top right of the screen.
Edit Accessories Details
The next section you are able to edit is ‘Accessories’. If required, update any relevant information, and then select ‘Next’.
Edit Accident Details
The next section you are able to edit is ‘Accident Details’. If required, update any relevant information, and then select ‘Next’.
Edit Panel Damage
The next section you are able to edit is ‘Panel Damage’. If required, update any relevant information, and then select ‘Next’.
Edit Mechanical Damage
The next section you are able to edit is ‘Mech/Elec Damage’. If required, update any relevant information by selecting the mechanical or electrical component you wish to edit, and then select ‘Save’ after making the changes. Once updated, select ‘Next’.
Review Vehicle Images
The final section, ‘Photos’, allows you to re-take and update any of the vehicle images, if required. Once completed, select ‘Next’.
Save Updated Valuation
You will then have the option to ‘Save’ the updated evaluation details.
View Updated Valuation
\Once the updated valuation is saved, you can view it from the ‘Valuation Grid’. From this grid, you can view or edit the valuation details or view the vehicle documents. From this grid, you can move the vehicle to auction.
