This tool is used when vehicle keys must be checked out of the warehouse, should a staff member need to use a vehicle for business purposes.

Access Key Loans

From the DealersOnline home screen, select 'Key Loans'.

How to use it

Key Check-in‍

Use the built-in scanner to scan the barcode on the pdf or the QR code on the auction grid to capture the vehicle and customer’s details automatically. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the check-in.

Key Check out‍

Scan the Driver’s Licence disk to capture the driver’s details to initiate the checkout. Once completed, scan the barcode or QR code to capture the details of the Key being loaned.

Access Key Loans Grid‍

Once the check-in process is complete, you can view the information on the Key Loans grid.Click on the “Stock” tab in the navigation bar and select ‘Key Loans’ to access the grid.
