Where to find it

Access Stock Take

From the DealersOnline home screen, scroll down and select “Stock Take.

How to use it

Select a Stock Take Method‍

From the provided options, select either ‘Scan PDF’ or ‘Scan QR’ or ‘Manual Entry’ to capture and process the details of the vehicle.

Access Stock Barcodes‍

From the Auction Grid‍

1. Click on 'Stock' in the navigation bar
2. Select 'Dashboard' from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate towards 'Total Stock' and click on the blue button with the number on it.

From the Stock Inventory Grid‍

1. Scroll towards the far right of the grid.
2. In the 'Actions' column, select the barcode icon to view the QR codes and scan via the app to conduct the Stock Take process.
