Directors of the company run the day-to-day operations of the business. For administrative purposes, DealersOnline must be informed surrounding the contactable persons for the business operations.

Company shareholders partake in the decisions made to optimally run the business, however, they often do not partake in the day-to-day operations of the business. These shareholders are also referred to as ‘Non-executive’ owners.
