From the DealersOnline home screen, scroll down and select 'Workshop Check-in'.

How to use it

Scan Driver’s License Card‍

Use the built-in scanner to scan the barcode on the driver’s license to automatically capture the customer’s details.

Complete Customer Details‍

Fill in the missing customer details that were not auto-populated.

Capture License Card Image‍

Capture a photo of the driver’s license card. The side of the card with the driver’s photo should face upwards.

Capture Vehicle Details‍

Indicate the vehicle type to initiate the process of capturing the vehicle details.

Scan Vehicle Disc‍

Scan the vehicle disc to auto-populate the vehicle details.

Complete Vehicle Disc Form‍

Capture the missing details for the Vehicle Details.

Indicate Panel Damage‍

Select the panel where vehicle damage is found on the vehicle.

Select Damage Type‍

Select and specify the type of damage found on the vehicle. Provide an estimated reconditioning amount and a description of the vehicle damage.

Accept Workshop Declaration‍

Review the Declaration and tap on the slider at the bottom of the screen to confirm your acceptance of the declaration.

Provide Customer Signatures‍

Capture the signatures of the sales executive and the client using the Signatures screen provided. Click ‘Submit’ to process the Workshop Check-in form.
