To accurately describe the damage found on the vehicle, the mobile app provides a tool to select the exact damaged panel, along with capturing the recon amounts and clear images.

During the inspection process, to capture the details of the damage found on the vehicle.

Where to find it

Access New Vehicle

Log onto the mobile app and select ‘New Vehicle’ from the mobile app.

Complete Initial Inspection

Complete the initial steps of the inspection process to access the Panel Damage form.

How to use it

Indicate Panel Damage‍

Using this screen, tap on the panel where the damage may be found. Be sure to tap on the correct panel on the schematic diagram.

Select Damage Type‍

Select the best-fitting description for the damage.

Enter Damage Details‍

Capture the recon amount for the damage and briefly describe the damage found.

Capture Damage Images‍

Capture close up images of the damage in good lighting. The damage must be visible in the photo. Use the highlighter and pen tools to mark the damage clearly.

Review Panel Damage‍

Once you have captured the damage and returned to the ‘Panel damage’, the selected damaged panels will be highlighted in red. Ensure you have selected the correct panels before proceeding.

‍Indicate Full Vehicle Damage‍

Where the damage has affected a more significant part of the vehicle, use the additional menu in the bottom right corner of the screen to select the damage found. The tool will automatically highlight the greater section of the vehicle.

Capture Damage Details‍

Provide an estimated reconditioning amount and add additional notes if needed.
